CORPORATE AND LARGE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING.

We understand that when planning your event, timing and clarity are crucial; that's why we're as transparent as possible about our packages and pricing. While we can create custom packaged to make sure you have the proper coverage that you need, large or small. Most of our clients choose our hourly model. Most event photography sessions must be booked 30 days in advance so we can ensure we adhere to our process; this way you experience event coverage like never before. A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking, and 20% is refundable if there are any unforeseen changes to your event.

Here's the most important item to know. All our sessions are all-inclusive; meaning we don't hold your images hostage. What you pay in your hourly rate is all you'll pay for your images from your event. We upload your edited and sized images to a secure portal, between 48 to 60 hours from your event. No more waiting 14 days or more for the pictures from your event.

Coverage starts at $375 for the first hour to a maximum of 10 hours for $2500. Multi-day coverage is available; please contact us for a custom quote.

THE FINE PRINT.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone; if your company does not align with our ethical beliefs.
• Prices and policy information are subject to change without notice, however, we will make our best effort to update our website immediatly and notify our customers. If you have already left a retainer, you've locked in your price at the current advertised rate.
• We do not and will never employ a collections department or agency, so final payment is due 24 hours before the event date.
• All sessions include unlimited useage rights.
• We are licened and insured; we will provide such proof to the venue if requested within 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to use any images and logos for advertising purposes. However, we will always seek your consent first.


FAQ'S.

When Will We Receive Our Event Photos?
Our standard turnaround for editing event photos is approximatly 2.5 days. Over 70% of our event photography clients are corporate entities and often require next day turn around to fulfill contract requirements or internal social media or PR needs. If this is a need, we can ensure a maximum amount of 200 photos can be completed next day.

How Will We Receive Our Event Photos?
Your event photos will be uploaded onto our private, secure, and password protected server/gallery. Once uploaded you'll receive a custom link where you'll be able to download the high-resolution versions of your event coverage. This link can be shared with whomever you'd like, and they will have the same downloading access.

How Long Will I Have Access To Our Event Photos?
You'll have unlimited access to your private gallery for 45 days, if you feel you'll need access for longer, please let us know via email 15 days before your gallery expiration. If your gallery expires and you wish to regain access, there will be a $15 service fee for reactivation.

How Do You Bill?
Our standard invoicing process is to send your invoice five days before your scheduled event date. The invoice is sent by electronic mail, however, can be sent via standard first-class mail. If you request your invoice to be mailed the invoice will be delivered five days before your event date. Any invoice can be paid through our online PCI compliant accounting system. Payments can also be accepted by your event photographer on location via our mobile terminal for credit cards Note: We Are EVM Compliant, Cash, or Check.
